v.1.0.0

After a lot of work, we are excited to introduce the first version of our brand-new whistleblowing solution, Whistle. Whistle has been meticulously developed to align with the requirements of the new EU Whistleblowing Directive and is specifically tailored for organizations that utilize Slack or Teams as their internal communication platforms. Whistle seamlessly integrates with your communication tool, making it easy to report incidents directly from Slack or Teams. However, it can also be used as a standalone tool, and these integrations are optional.

Whistle offers a range of features to facilitate swift case reporting for users and effective case management for case managers and administrators. Here are some key features we've incorporated in the first release:

Reporting Form with Multilingual Support

Whistle features a robust, built-in reporting form that allows whistleblowing cases to be reported within minutes. The form has been thoughtfully designed to collect all necessary information for prompt case resolution. Additionally, it supports several European languages, ensuring that reports can be submitted in the reporter's native language. The reporting form even allows saving a draft for later completion, and reporters can choose to remain anonymous when submitting a case.

Slack Integration

Whistle seamlessly integrates with your Slack workspace with just a few clicks. Within Slack, all workspace users can easily access the reporting form, and their user details are automatically pre-filled in the whistleblowing report. Reporters and case managers receive various notifications within Slack regarding cases and their progress.

Note: Teams integration will be available in upcoming releases.

Case Management and Audit Trail

Case managers can conveniently view all cases within their assigned categories and manage them from the case view. In the case view, they can access all case details, case status, and reported information (unless reported anonymously). All actions related to cases are meticulously logged in an audit trail, which can be effortlessly exported as a CSV file. Case managers can also add comments to the audit trail, providing context related to the case.

Two-way Communication

The built-in chat feature provides a real-time platform for case managers and reporters to engage in direct conversations related to the reported incidents. This facilitates a dynamic and responsive approach to addressing issues. Reporters can seek clarifications, provide additional details, or receive updates on the progress of their cases, all within the Whistle platform.

Whistle boasts an array of additional features, which we will be showcasing in upcoming releases.
